1. Bespoke Commissions & Lead Times
Each Rare Affair creation is individually cut and hand-tailored to order. Standard bespoke lead times range between 3 to 4 weeks from measurement confirmation. Rush atelier delivery is available upon request with private consultation.
2. 100% Prepaid Model
To honor our artisans and procure rare, single-batch handwoven fabrics (including 16 momme pure mulberry silk and antique metallic dabka zardozi), all orders operate strictly on a 100% prepaid model. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) under any circumstance.
Payments can be completed securely via UPI, Net Banking, Credit Cards, or Debit Cards via our integrated payment gateways.
3. Complimentary Bespoke Alterations
We provide complimentary bespoke alterations within 14 days of delivery. If your garment requires minor contour adjustments, our Old Delhi and Mumbai ateliers will re-fit your piece free of charge.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
Because every garment is made to personal measurements, orders cannot be cancelled once fabric cutting has commenced. However, in the rare event of a material defect or transit damage, we offer an immediate atelier recreation or house credit.
