At Rare Affair Haute Couture, discretion is the cornerstone of our bespoke patronage. We collect only the information strictly necessary to tailor, commission, and fulfill your bespoke garments. We do not sell, rent, or trade client personal information under any circumstance.

2. Information We Collect

We collect details provided directly by you during telephone authentication, bespoke fitting consultations, measurement submissions, and checkout:

• Contact details (Name, delivery address, phone number, and email address)
• Anatomical bespoke measurements and customization notes recorded during atelier trials
• Encrypted transaction identifiers processed by authorized gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe)

3. Secure Payments

All payment credentials are tokenized and processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways. Rare Affair never retains your complete credit card, debit card, or UPI banking credentials on our local servers.
